Nancy McKeon

Before she started acting, Nancy McKeon has already appeared in various commercials with her older brother, Philip. She then landed a role in The Secret Storm and then Another World, while her brother joined Linda Lavin in the cast of Alice. In 1979, she impressed the casting director of The Facts of Life when she displayed her ability to cry on cue and was soon cast to be part of the show.

Despite her audition rejections for FRIENDS and Working Girl, Nancy did not hold any grudges. It’s rare to see an actress who considers a pleasant personality one of her investments, but Nancy proved that she was talented and warm-hearted. Instead, the 54-year-old, who has appeared only occasionally on television and in movies for the past 30 years, has found greater satisfaction as a wife and mother of two children.
