Nancy Kerrigan

Just like her amazing tricks and spinning moves on ice, Nancy Kerrigan’s life was a bit of a whirlwind. Before she appeared on TV as an actress, she was a figure skater and she had the privilege to represent her country during the Winter Olympics and the World Championships. She earned bronze and silver medals for her performances. In 1994, she was the victim of an attack that was organized by the ex-husband of her rival, Tonya Harding. Luckily, she recovered in a short time and was able to continue with her career.

In 2010, she was involved in more legal troubles as she and her lawyer defended her brother, Mark, from charges of homicide. The 51-year-old has started a family, appeared on “Dancing with the Stars” and is currently filming a documentary about eating disorders among athletes. She still hasn’t received an apology from Harding, although Harding has been fined, sentenced to community service, and banned from the U.S. Figure Skating Association. Kerrigan may not expect an apology from her.
