Winona Ryder
Most people today probably know who Winona Ryder is thanks to her role in the hit Netflix show, Stranger Things, where she plays the mother of Will and Jonathan Byers. At a young age, Winona was already a prodigy, graduating from school with a 4.0 GPA. The following years of her life consisted of memorable roles in films such as Beetlejuice, Heathers, Dracula, Edward Scissorhands, The Age of Innocence, Little Women, Reality Bites, How to Make an America Quilt, Alien Resurrection, and Guilt.
Athough “Girl, Interrupted” made Angelina Jolie better known than Ryder herself, Ryder was excited by the project and went on to star in a number of films. After being arrested for shoplifting in the new Millennium, she took a short break from acting and returned in 2006. Throughout her career, she received a Golden Globe Award and earned several nominations for her performances. Ever since her 20s, she has been devoting her investment money to support the American Indian College Fund.
