Tyler Perry – Diet, Exercise and Cardio

Tyler Perry decided to start living healthy when his mother died of diabetes. This 49-year-old star knew he needed to improve his health so he decided to hire a personal trainer and started following a healthy diet plan. From here, his fitness journey began.

Perry has worked hard for several months and strictly followed a workout routine that includes different body-weight exercises and cardio. He successfully lost 40 pounds in the process. Perry probably does pushups on the flooring to develop his arm muscles.
