Rachael Ray – Diet and Exercise

Rachael Ray cooks the best food in town and then it took a toll on her. Similar to other celebrities, she has consistently battled with weight gain. After following a low-carb diet and doing regular exercise, she dropped to two sizes.

However, she once again gained weight of around 37 pounds but she didn’t think it was a problem. She is currently satisfied with her weight that she has no plans to go on any diet. But in the future, she might need to go on another weight loss journey. At least for now, Ray can place her money on investment planning instead of the gym and diet plans.
