Chris Moyles used to be obese until he realized the dangers of being too fat. He quickly started to adopt a healthier lifestyle after he left BBC Radio 1.
This 45-year-old television presenter gave up eating junk food and began a running workout regimen to lose some weight. He successfully lost 70 pounds without getting any weight-loss surgery. Now, he is living healthier, thanks to his new lifestyle which he also gives credit to running.
