Caitlin Van Zandt – Lap-Band Surgery

Caitlin Van Zandt rose to fame when she played the role of Allegra Marie Sacrimoni on the HBO series The Sopranos. This 34-year-old star used to be a little overweight until she decided to lose the extra pounds with the help of diet and exercise – but, unfortunately, to no avail.

The Guiding Light star found it hard to get back in shape so she got lap-band surgery. After, her health and looks improved. Zandt managed to lose 90 pounds in the process, giving credit to the weight-loss procedure.
