Chrissy Teigen – Diet and Exercise

Chrissy Teigen used to have a perfect-hourglass figure until she got pregnant with her first child in 2016. This 33-year-old model decided to lose weight after she gave birth and followed a weight loss plan to remove all those baby fats.

Teigen teamed up with the Hollywood fitness expert Simone De La Rue who helped her change her eating habits. She also did a lot of cardio to get back into shape, achieving the body she once used to have. This television personality was able to lose a total of 40 pounds. Now, she and her husband John Legend may focus on their home security to keep the family safe.
