PIERCE BROSNAN – MALIBU, $100 MILLION
Pierce Brosnan and his wife, Keely Brosnan, decide to say goodbye to their lavish beachfront mansion in Malibu, selling it for a gigantic price of $100 million. You can’t blame them, though. The house sits on over an acre of land, combining two lots that Pierce and Keely bought for only $7 million back in 2000.
The style and design are based on the 67-year-old actor’s 1997 iconic movie, Tomorrow Never Dies. He had envisioned the property’s aesthetics while filming the film in Thailand, brought to life by the famed architects, Ralph and Ross Anderson. It has around 117 feet of beachfront that can be seen from their living room, which features floor-to-ceiling doors and windows. The house looks airy and bright with these details, which may help the new owner save on electricity. It also comes with five beds and 14 baths.
