YOKO ONO – PALM BEACH, $36 MILLION

Yoko Ono and John Lennon’s former home in the Billionaire’s Row in Palm Beach has sold for a whopping $36 million. The current price is a far cry from her selling price of $3.15 million in 1986, proving how good of an investment this place is.

The famed architect Addison Mizner originally built this place in 1919, adorning the lavish house with a stucco exterior and terracotta roof tiles. The Spanish-style villa boasts 14,000 square feet of living space, delicately patterned ceilings, chandeliers spreading across the place, and grand French doors as big as a living-room wall that gives the new owners an excellent view of the pool and the ocean. If these are not enough, other amenities it brags about are a three-car garage, two pools, tennis courts, a cabana of its own, and beach access, sprawling on 1.3 acres of land.
