Kim Kardashian – Hidden Hills, $60 Million

When we’re talking about unique and interesting homes, the honor should definitely go to Kim Kardashian. The reality T.V. star, along with her husband Kanye, took a plain and simple mansion in Hidden Hills, California, and turned it into one of the most architecturally modern and innovative, not to mention expensive, homes in the neighborhood. The couple initially bought the property for $20 million back in 2014 but has since done some major renovations that it is now estimated to cost around $60 million.

Together with Axel Vervoordt, Kim and Kanye transformed the mansion into a modern tropical oasis by giving the house a futuristic stripped-down look with its plastered white walls, sky-high arched hallways, wide open-floored spaces, and light wood flooring. It surely doesn’t look like any of the Hollywood homes we’ve seen before, but it seems to be becoming a trend that everyone is catching up on, and we are here to see it.
