CONNIE STEVENS – STUDIO CITY, $2.036 MILLION

Being born to musician parents has certain advantages, and Connie Stevens had that privilege when she was growing up in New York. At 15 years old, she relocated to Los Angeles, and four years after, she began what would become a long career in Hollywood. The singer and actress has appeared in the musical comedy Rock-A-Bye Baby and in the movie drama The Party Crashers, both in 1958. Her most memorable performance was when she portrayed Cricket Blake in the TV series Hawaiian Eye in 1959.

When Connie sold her Westside Estate for $17 million, she decided to get a ranch-style house instead. This new real estate property was purchased for $2.036 million. It features a rustic California theme, with hardwood floorings and large wood-framed windows. Noted designer Stephen Ellberg took care of improving its yard and grounds. Mature trees line the property, and a lofted space sits on top of a three-car garage.
